The liver is average in size with normal parenchymal echopattern, no focal masses. No masses could be detected at the porta hepatis. - The gall bladder has normal wall thickness with no stones or biliary mud. - The biliary tree is of normal distribution. The common bile duct is of normal caliber. - The spleen shows normal size .shape and echogenicity with no focal lesion. -The pancreas ..unremarkable. - The kidneys are normal in size. no renal stone no back pressure changes. , Preserved parenchymal thickness and corticomedullary differentiation. No evident suprarenal masses could be detected - The urinary bladder shows increased wall thickness with no evidence of stones. No evidence of enlarged abdominal L.N is noted. No ascitis. There is colonic distension. The uterus is bulky in size, of heterogeneous echo pattern, ost wall fibroid mass seen = 50x54mm for follow up further assessments Opinion: colonic distension. Bulky uterus with !!!! post wall fibroid for follow up & further assessments
