We would like to inform you that Personal Status Law gave the wife the right to file a "dissolution of injury" case, in which case, the wife has the right to raise this case in the Personal Status Court. The proceedings are as follows:

1) The judge shall perform the task of reconcile between the spouses as much as possible.
2) If the judge can not reconcile between them, two people are chosen from the husband's and wife's relatives. If they do not choose the two judgments, the court chooses them.
3) If the two parties are unable to reconcile them, a decision is made by the two people to divorce them as follows:
A) If the wife is seeking to differentiate, and the whole harm is from the husband, the two judgments propose to the court to separate them while the wife retains all of her rights.
B) If the harm is entirely from the wife, the two provisions suggest differentiation, with the obligation of the wife to repay the dowry, and the fall of the full rights
C) If the harm is shared by the spouses, they shall be divorced without allowance or with a suitable allowance determined by the court.
D) If it is not known who is the cause of the harm by the spouses, if the husband is the student of differentiation, the two arbitrators proposed to reject his claim, although the wife is the student or they were each student of differentiation decided to separate the two provisions without allowance.
