It should be noted that after reviewing your inquiry and legal scrutiny we would like to provide thataccording to the Qatari Labor Law, the worker shall be entitled the gratuityof at least 3 weeks wages for each year of service, provided that the worker has worked for the employer for one year or more.
Article (54)
In addition to any sums to which the worker is entitled to upon the expiry of his service, the employer shall pay the end of service gratuity to the worker who has completed employment of one year or more. This gratuity shall be agreed upon by the two parties, provided that it is not less than a three-week wage for every year of employment. The worker shall be entitled to gratuity for the fractions of the year in proportion to the duration of employment.
The worker's service considered as connected if terminated in any circumstances other than cases that provided for in Article (61) of this Law and returned to service within two months from the date of it expiry.
The last basic salary for the worker shall be taken as a basis for calculating the gratuity
all the amounts that owed to him by the worker

1) submit complaint to the labor committee
2) File a lawsuit before the judicial authorities, and these cases are free, as article 10 of the law states:
All claims brought by workers or their heirs to claim rights arising from the provisions of this law or from a contract of employment shall be expeditiously examined and shall be exempt from judicial fees.
Subject to the provision of Article 113 of this Law, the claim for rights arising from its provisions or for the contract of employment shall be terminated by one year from the expiry date of the contract.
Note: The Labor Law of Qatar prohibits the dismissal of a worker if he lodges a complaint with any Official body regarding the work.
If the employer separates the worker for this reason, this dismissal is arbitrary and the worker is entitled to get all his labor rights stipulated by law.
