Article 309 bis

A public official who commits one of the acts set forth in this Article, relying on the authority of his position, shall be punished with detention.

Article 309 bis (a)

Whoever threatens to divulge an order obtained by one of the aforementioned methods to induce a person to do or abstain from doing an act, shall be punished with imprisonment for a period not exceeding five years.
A public servant who commits one of the acts set forth in this article in reliance on the authority of his position shall be punished by imprisonment.
