We would like to inform you that if you want to legally register your daughter and obtain a birth certificate for her, you shall go to the Central Registry of Births and Deaths Department of the Ministry of Health located in Hawalli region and submit an application attached to it the following:
- The original marriage contract. The marriage contract issued outside the country shall be certified by the Authentication Department at the Ministry of Justice.
- Civil ID for the father and mother.
-Making a special power of attorney in the event that the applicant is not the father or legal guardian.
-A birth notification form issued by the maternity hospital or the hospital where the birth took place.
After submitting the application, a birth certificate for your child will be issued.

We had birth certificate as well as her passport ...due to pandemic I couldn't apply for iqama and now she's 1year 3months so how do I apply for her iqama....?

You can go to the Immigration and Passports Department and submit an application to obtain a residence attached to the application the following:
- Kuwaiti birth certificate + 2 copies of the transaction and a copy of the computer
