Can I sue someone who is recording my phone calls...

We would like to inform you that if someone recorded your phone calls without permission then this is criminal action and you can file a report against him in the public of prosecution and he will be punished for a year in prison. 

 

Whoever violates the sanctity of the private life of a citizen shall be punished with imprisonment for a period not exceeding one year, by committing any of the following acts in other than the cases authorized by law or without the consent of the victim.
(A) Listening, recording, or transmitting via one of the devices of whatever type, conversations that took place in a private place or via the phone.
(B) Capture or transmit with one of the devices of whatever type a picture of a person in a private place.
If the acts referred to in the two previous paragraphs were made during a meeting in the ears or in the view of those present at that meeting, then the consent of these is presumed.
A public official who commits one of the acts set forth in this Article, relying on the authority of his position, shall be punished with detention
In all cases, a ruling shall be ruled to confiscate the devices and other equipment that may have been used in the crime or obtained it, and it shall also be ruled to erase or destroy the recordings obtained from the crime.
