We would like to inform you that if you get a visa to work in the private sector, Article 18, it is permissible to transfer the labor brought under a work permit to work in the private sector according to the following controls:
1- One year has passed since the date of issuance of the work permit.
2- The employer's consent to transfer to another employer.
According to the provisions of the General Authority for Manpower Decision No. (842) of 2015, the text of which is as follows: -
Article (1)
It is permissible to transfer workers brought under a work permit to work in the private sector according to the following controls:
1- One year has passed since the date of issuance of the work permit.
2- The employer's consent to transfer to another employer/company.
