According to the Bahraini Law on Donation and Transfer of Human Organs, the sale of human organs cannot in any way be permitted.
The doctor also shall refrain from performing this operation if he knows of the existence of an agreement to sell human organs. Also, in the event of violating this, a penalty will be imposed for this illegal act, which is imprisonment and a fine that does not exceed three thousand dinars, or one of the two penalties.
Here is the text of the Bahraini law on Donation or Transfer of human organs related to your inquiry:
Article(7): It is forbidden to buy and sell body organs by any means or to pay any financial compensation on them. It is also prohibited for specialist doctors to perform such operations while he / she bears knowledge of donation purposes.
Article (10): Whoever violates the provisions of this law shall be punished with imprisonment and a fine not exceeding 3 thousand dinars, or by either of these two penalties.
