The Federal Labor Law stipulates that:
Article (37)
 The worker may be appointed under probation for a period not exceeding six months and the employer may dispense with the services of the worker during this period without warning and without end of service reward. The worker may not be appointed. Under experience more than once with one employer, and if the worker successfully passed the period of the experiment and continued to work, the period of service shall be calculated.

We would like to inform you that the probation period is a right in favor of the employer to determine whether the employee has the right to continue working or not within 6 months. He can dispense with the worker's services without being obliged to warn the worker or pay the end of service benefits that are legally determined. As for the worker during the probation period, he has no right to terminate the work without a legal justification permitting the dissolution of the employment contract. So if he does so without a legal justification, then this is considered as a contract dissolution that will result in govern him to compensate the employer for this dissolution of the contract, unless the employment contract concluded with the employer expressly guarantees the worker right of leaving the work during the probation period, so that he may stick to that contractual agreement and terminate the contract during the probation period.
