The best thing is to use the actual name of the company while promoting it on any of the electronic or non-electronic sites so as not to be accused of using a fake name and not real, and the company can change the company’s trade name to the name you use on Facebook

Whoever commits one of the following acts shall be punished with imprisonment for a period not exceeding three years and a fine not exceeding (100,000) one hundred thousand riyals, or one of these two penalties:
1- He used the computer network or any means of information technology to impersonate a natural or legal person.
2- He was able, through the information network or one of the means of information technology, to seize for himself or for others a movable money, or a bond or sign it, by fraud, or by taking a false name, or by impersonating an incorrect characteristic.
