HelloI produced a program of teaching skills to children for a sports association that already had their educational programs for adults (it's a nonprofit organisation registered in Switzerland). While working on it, I saw many indications that the work of instructors in the program would not be regulated or supported properly by the association. My concerns and proposals were not welcomed and I was bullied into silence. In fact there was a confidentiality clause in my contract when I was working on the program, and I do not know what I can or cannot disclose while at the moment I can't afford legal representation or consultations. I am very concerned about potential consequences of unregulated work of adults with children but do not know how I can affect the situation as I've been ignored by the officials of the association. Creating public pressure seems very difficult in the presence of the non-disclosure clause. How do I know what I can disclose? Basically I don't trust that organization to run my program and would like to state at least that. What lawful ways can I find to raise awareness in the association about these issues?
