I am jobless from last six months and have loan...
I am jobless from last six months and have loan with bank. I have paid already installment for one year.and three years installments are remaining. Daily bank's representative Calling and asking to pay the installment.Even I already in writing inform to bank.
I am searching job. But I don't know when will be on job. What in law about my case.???

If the bank that you took a loan from has presented the check that you signed to the court, in this case you have to reach an agreement with the bank on repaying the installments. Moreover, you have to hire a lawyer who should go with you to the bank and help you there.
If the bank gives you a settlement statement, you can submit it to the court, and then the court will not impose a fine against you nor banning you from travelling
