Note that if the heirs are limited to one male and three females only, then all of the inheritance is for the male as the share of the two females, and because the issue of inheritance is not an easy one to deal with, and it is not resolved simply by the written fatwa, then it is necessary to go to the Sharia court, so that the Sharia judge makes sure that there are no debts, wills, or heirs that are not known, then divides it according to the Sharia, and Allah knows best and wisest.
