We would like to inform you that according to the information mentioned in your inquiry and with reference to the Omani Labor Law, which is the organizational form of the relationship between the worker and the employer in the private sector; it provides a summary of the contract concluded between both parties while ensuring the rights and duties of the worker as well. Article 13 of this decree obliges the employer to conclude a contract with the worker that is clear of all the terms and everything. As for the rights of the worker under the Omani Labor Law for expatriates in addition to the end of service indemnity, it is based on  15 days' wages for each year of service for the first 3 years, and one month wage for each of the following years.
