Article 38

Article (44)
A person accused of one of the crimes stipulated in this law may not leave the country before paying the specified amount for reconciliation or issuing a final judgment in the case of acquittal or carrying out the penalty imposed on him, as the case may be, provided that he may be authorized to leave the country if he presents a guarantor who undertakes to pay the specified amount for reconciliation Or the fine imposed against him when it is due.
Notwithstanding the provisions of the previous paragraph, the minister may order the revocation of the residence permit of the expatriate accused of one of the crimes stipulated in this law and order his deportation from the state, if the specified amount for reconciliation has not been paid, or if the court ruled his imprisonment or fine him with a fine and did not pay it.
