According to the Labor Law in Oman and in Article 49, if the work contract is terminated by the employer or by the worker, or if the work contract is terminated due to expiration of its period, if it is fixed-term for a fixed or for a specific job.
The employer must pay the worker a reward for the period of his service calculated on the basis of the basic salary for 15 days for each of the first three years of continuous service, and on the basic salary for 30 days for each of the years following the first three years. The last salary of the worker shall be taken as a basis for the payment of the service gratuity, provided that:
1- The worker is not entitled to any benefits if the period of his service with the employer is less than one year.
2- The worker is entitled to a reward for fractions of the year in proportion to what he spent in work for the last year before leaving the service.
Thus, you must claim the bonus and deduct any company dues from the bonus amount
