In a nutshell, this is a love story between a Christian man and Muslim woman. We plan to marry but we're not sure on how to do it since it is -currently- forbidden by the Egyptian laws. We have so many open question like: 1. Is there any chance by any means to be able to marry in Egypt? (at least legally) 2. If we married in another country, Would we be -legally- able to come back to Egypt afterwards? 3. If we have kids, what would be the nationality of the kids? Would they be Egyptians? 4. If we have kids, what are the available options/ideas on how to raise them (religiously)? There are the questions that on top of my mind right now, but may have other questions once I get a reply. Thank you for hearing me.

For first, a marriage of a christian man to a Muslim girl, this is something that Egyptian laws do not allow for religious purposes and legal fatwas issued by the Dar Al Iftaa, and getting married outside the country will come illegal, because you will be required to bring documents from your country's embassies, which will not be given.
However, if you marry in a civil marriage, the Egyptian legislation does not recognize civil marriage, because the marriage contracted by law, according to the list of authorized persons, is the marriage that takes place with the approval of the court and at the hands of a legal marriage officer.
As for children, from the legal point of view, they are considered Egyptian citizens according to the nationality law, which considered that any child born of Egyptian parents is considered an Egyptian national, but you will find it difficult to register the children in the civil records since your marriage is not legally conducted, so the correct procedure is for the husband to change his religion in a formal manner through a case at court, and after changing your religion, you can both marry

Thank you for your reply..I now have more question to to understand better and I need a clear answer with all the consequences:1. By "civil marriage" do you mean زواج عرفي?2. Does this mean that our national IDs and passports won't be updated/changed? Would it still remain "single" instead of married?3. Would civil marriage cause us any legal problems/troubles? For example: - Could anyone take any legal action against us? - What would be our citizen rights in this case? In other words, would we lose any of our rights as Egyptian citizens?

Also, Will there any legal problems or justifications needed while travelling from or to Egypt?
