We would like to inform you that according to the Domestic Law in Oman and related with the work termination, it is related to whether the contract is limited or unlimited. If the contract is limited can terminate the work without any rights or claims from the sponsor and if the contract is indefinite must provide a period of notice and then terminate the work and therefore you have a reward end of service explained by the Ministry of Labor On many occasions, social development and its statutory regulations governing the relationship between workers and employers are the amount of end-of-service benefits for domestic workers.
· Upon the expiry of four years in the service of the employer, the worker is entitled to a full month's salary.
· A worker shall be entitled to one month's paid leave if two years have elapsed since his service to the employer.
· Workers shall have the right to sick leave that shall be paid, provided that the period of leave does not exceed thirty days per year.
· To obtain sick leave, the worker must submit a medical report proving his entitlement to leave.
· The employee is allowed to take weekly leave in agreement with the employer, or in accordance with the conditions stipulated in the employment contract between the two parties.
· Workers shall have the right to daily rest for at least 9 hours a day.

article (37) of the same law that:
Article 37 of the same law stipulates that
" The term of the contract may be terminated by the end of the contract by paying the other party compensation equivalent to the comprehensive salary for the period or the remainder of the contract.
