Article 43:

Article 94

And the punishment for anyone who violates the provisions of Article (29 / first paragraph) of this law shall be upon recidivism, compulsory imprisonment for a period of not less than a week, and not exceeding three years, and a fine of not less than twenty thousand riyals and not exceeding fifty thousand riyals.
