The resident must come from one of the GCC countries

The person must have a valid residency in one of the countries of the Gulf Cooperation Council for the Arab Gulf States.
To have a passport valid for a period of not less than six months.

Submit proof of coming from the country granting residency directly or through one of the Cooperation Council for the Arab Gulf States.
