Procedures for foreign marriage in Egypt
Conditions, procedures and papers necessary to contract and document foreigners' marriage in Egypt.

2- Two witnesses to the marriage contract

4- The foreign party obtained a residence permit in the Egyptian country.
5- Presenting a certificate from the foreign party wishing to marry from his embassy on his social status, age, and religion (it is necessary to testify for the religion, whether Christian or Jewish)
6- Submit another certificate from the foreign party wishing to marry from his embassy stating that her country has no objection to marriage.
All the previous procedures are carried out in the foreign marriage office, after the completion and documentation of the marriage contract and receipt of the contract will be stamped by the competent real estate registry.
