Hello goodday this is margelyn working here in alsila western region as household worker,i stay almost one year here in my sponsor,but i dont like to stay here anymore because we have problem of them we cannot cumunacate each other and they will not follow the rules of uae,they will hold my pasport my id and my visa they will not give day off, thats why i told them i want to go home.. I dont have simcard, before i have but it already expired because they bought simcard for me but they use the other id , i told them already about it, but untill now im still waiting my ticket and cansel visa.. I am hoping u can help me my problem what should i do thank u

we would like to inform you that you can file a complaint against the employer to the Home Employment Administration
the worker shall be entitled to annual leave of thirty days for each year, and shall be paid before it is carried out. If the period of service is less than one year and more than six months, he shall be entitled to leave two days for each month. If the working conditions require that the worker be employed during all or some of his annual leave and the period of leave during which he worked for the following year is not transferred, the employer must pay his wages plus. A leave allowance for his working days is equal to his basic wage. In all cases, the worker may not be employed during his annual leave more than once during two consecutive years. It shall take into account the period of the annual leave granted to the worker on the holidays determined by law, agreement or any other periods due to sickness if it interferes with this leave. The employer shall bear the value of the worker's ticket to and return from his country every two years, or the cash allowance equal to the two-year pay for the worker, in addition to the value of the ticket if the worker shows his desire to continue the work and not to take the leave.

yes i have contract here 2 years but because they will not provide proper needs and they hold my id and pasport ,and now i am one year here finished and i decided to go home, please what should i do?

goodmorning i wanted also to ask about my cansel visa , if ever my sponsor cansel my vis when i leave here, thier are not block me here of this country ? because i dont have any problem if they block against me,...im stil here waiting my papers my fligh is feb 14, the only im waiting is my pasport and cansel visa thank u for nice advice

We would like to inform you that the employee may object the ban by submitting an application for grievance through one of Tasheel centers or through the website of the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation and its e-mail and attaching all the documents confirming his non-entitlement to the ban. The worker will receive a reference number in his application. This application will be examined and the decision to lift or maintain the ban will be considered. The worker shall then be notified of the decision of the committee.

The work ban shall be automatically removed after the expiry of the prescribed period of time. However, it should be noted that the duration of the ban begins immediately upon the departure of the worker from the country.
