Hi , My telecom operator is Du in dubai. They have given me a faulty bill for the month of Dec-2020, bill amount is 22,000aed. When I went to my home country from dubai, I took their roaming service, paid 350 aed for 15 days, it was a unlimited call to UAE + 10 gb data offer. They have charged me for 350aed for the roaming but still slaped roaming charges in bill. I complaint to them on 13thJan2021, on 18thJan2021 they have disconnected my phone and internet services. Because of their irresponsible act, my kids are not able to attend their online classes, and I am also not able to do my work properly, in COVID situation everything is dependent upon internet. I want to fight with them for giving a compensation for my losses. Till now case is not resolved, though they have reconnected my services today. Please advise what legal action I can take, I want to file a case against them.

That you can file a case with the civil court against the telecommunications company in order to request compensation for the damages suffered by you.
