I have been working for my company 2018 and I have a visa and contract that ends in 2020 October, my company decided to design another contract in march 2020 and is forcing people to sign with alot of changes, before the expiry of the first one, and the new one expires in 2021 march, what should I do .

We would like to inform you that if you mean the employer, then you have to file a complaint in the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation and clarify the reasons of the complaint and attach the documents that prove your complaint. The labor office will hear the employer, then they will decide and issue the verdict or refer it to the labor court.
