I have a big problem i had a drinking problem and was taking sleeping pills I was depressed and sleeping a lot and my mom and my dad passed away and I have kids so my relatives noticed that am a little depressed so they got worried and they called a friend of mine so he called a private mental institution to send a team to take me from my house so they came and took me by force without any legal permission or family permission or even mine and they kept me there by force for 1year and I think that my friend took commission from them monthly commission for each month am staying so I feel sorry for my self and they treated me very bad there ... I need your help can I sue this hospital? Thank you
