i there. I need an advise. I sent one parcel through Emirates Post on 13th Dec which according to them is now declared lost by Cargo Airline. They have sent my case o insurance team and the insurance is offering me 462 Aed. While that parcel had declared 300 Aed worth of goods along with many many important and original documents. How can i take a stand against Emirates Post's low value compensation offer
