Asalamu alaykum. I sent my car to a garage in Sharjah on the 3rd of this month and i received the car back on 16th less than 30 minutes later the noises were coming out from the car i contacted the garage and told them about it and they told me to use the car for a few more days and the car will be fine a couple of minutes later the overheated and the car stopped. I called the garage back again and they sent a recovery truck to pick up the car, the next morning they informed me that the car's engine has been knocked out and needed replacement. Since it was there fault and i needed to be back in Abu Dhabi for medical reasons and my insurance policy is only covered in Abu Dhabi i told them to provide me with a car till my car is ready and they have ignored my request till this day. I contacted consumers protection and they told me to contact the judicial department which I have done i was advised to open a complaint online unfortunately i can't find the online portal. What shall I do now? Do i rent a car then make them cover the costs? If so what steps do I have to take as its an emergency that i get back to Abu Dhabi and get medical attention. Thank you in advance
