If i terminated an employee for misbehaving with me under article 120,do i have to give her three months salary as per the contract or not?...secondly if i have to pay the salary would it be full or basic salary for the notice period...she already stopped coming to office for three weeks...did not submit resignation nor did she signed the termination letter...i informed her via email and text message that she must submit a letter of she dont want to serve notice period...plz help me on this matter.ThankyouAhmed

Dear if any condition or clause of the text of Article (120) of the Federal Labor Law is fulfilled and the employer has provided proof of it, then the worker does not have any rights mentioned, and the termination of his work is not considered an arbitrary dismissal. On the one hand, otherwise it is considered an arbitrary dismissal that requires the employer to pay compensation to the worker, considering the termination is a chapter, and the worker is entitled to a three-month wage according to the basic salary from which the allowances are raised according to the provision of Article 134 of the Labor Law
