Hi Sir I'm working in a company for 2 and 6 months under unlimited visa in a private company, starting march our salary had been deducted in to 50 % but they told us that they will pay for it on the other month only for this march.but because of the lock down our work is on and off so it end up giving our salaries at 35% for April and May then when July comes they told us that the company was been block in WPS so they need to give us paper to sign for 50% salaries July to Dec but they clearly inform us that this is only for formalities and they block mail us that if we will not sign we can't get our salaries so we don't have any choices so we signed when I got my salaries for June it's 50% for full time work 12 hours in a day 5 days in a week,July 75% 12 hours in a day 5 days in a weekAugust 80% 12hrs,5days in a week, September same 80%, October 85%, November 85% but Dec pending because I render my resignation but they announce that is 85 % but because of the paper that we all staff signed they only want to give me 50% for dec.and they wanted to refund all the excess from the 50% start June to Dec.Please give advice for this problem I can not sign my cancellation because of this because they want to get 6,665 AED from my salary and my insensitive and my gratuity.. please help me Sir

We would like to inform you that referring to the UAE labor law that provided a legal protection for wages in the text of Article (56):
 Workers who are hired at an annual or monthly wage are paid at least once a month and all other workers are paid at least once every two weeks.
** Therefore, failure to pay wages on the specified dates by law is considered a legal offense with which a complaint shall be filed at the work and workers department attached to it the bank statement to show that the salary has not been received and then claim it through this authority. In the event that the complaint is proven, you may leave work according to the text of Article (121):
 The worker may leave work without warning in one of the following two cases:
A- If the employer violates his obligations before the worker in the articles stipulated in the contract or the law.
B- If the employer or his representative legally assaults the worker.
 
*** With the worker retaining all his rights and end-of-service indemnity, the worker may grant permission to change the work authority without the need for non objection from the sponsor, and it is also possible to submit an electronic complaint by entering this link:Emirates electronic labor complaint
