Hello mr. Moheb. My name is Dmytro. I work in hospitality in Dubai. My company wants us to get vaccinated and I’m not interested in this. They push us to do it until 31th of January it means immediately and my day already scheduled on Friday. In case if you don’t want they will force you to make PCR test every two weeks. Doesn’t it fall my rights? In my country and in entire Europe vaccination is not mandatory even for foreigners. Thank you

We would like to inform you that if the employer forced you to take the vaccine, then note that there is no legal article allowing the employer to force the worker to get the vaccine.
However, if you refuse to be vaccinated, then you have to make PCR every two weeks according to the employer's instructions.
