Hi, i just renewed my tenancy contract of my commercial office and residence before a week, as it was expiring on 21 jan 2021 but now i decided to vacate both places but as the contracts are already renewed and now my landlord is asking me for 3 months compensation rent for not informimg him before 3 months and breaking the contract early, but some one told me that by law he can take 1 month rent only for compensation for breaking the contract early, And there is no exit clause in my contract, So can you tell me that can he take compensation for 3 months or only one month?
