hello an employee who was out of country on...

hello an employee who was out of country on unpaid leave due to covid and later company decided to terminate his contract. his visa is still valid as he has not signed the end of service settlement and is not in touch. he has entered uae without informing the company. what action can company take in this case on the employee. can they put a work ban on him? the company is a free zone company

Sir, As I said the employee was sent on long leave in july and as per the new law anyone who exceeds six months overstay, can still enter the country till 31 March 2021. we terminated his contract on 31 dec 2020 but his visa is valid till aug 2021Now the employee has entered uae on 14 Jan 2021 without informing the company. What action the company can take against this employee
