Did Kuwait started issueing new employment visas?

So now, and in light of the measures taken to confront the Corona pandemic, no new visas have been issued, and we recommend you to wait until the work visa is allowed to be issued, note that the documents required to be submitted to the embassy are:
1) Copy of a valid passport for at least six months 
2) Two photographs with the same specifications of passport photo with white background for each
3) booking flight
4) Copy of the contract of employment or letter of employment
