If your inquiry is related to the medical tests that are taken when returning to Abu Dhabi, here is the following information:
The Emergency, Crisis and Disaster Management Committee of the Coronavirus in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi announced the following:
The committee approved the amendment of the validity period for the negative result of the nasal swab examination (PCR) or the laser examination (DPI) used to enter the emirate from 48 hours to 72 hours, and the replacement of the fourth and eighth day examinations with an examination conducted on the sixth day of entry for those whose stay exceeds 6 consecutive days.
The committee also approved entry procedures for international travelers, including residents of the emirate and tourists, including the exception of those coming from green countries from quarantine and reducing the quarantine period for those coming from other countries to 10 days only and a PCR examination for all those coming from travel on the sixth day for those whose stay exceeds 6 days, and the examination will be added on the twelfth day for those whose stay exceeds 12 days, and the classification of countries will be reviewed every two weeks.
