The papers required to work in Kuwait
1 _ Fill out the application form for residency in Kuwait “Tabaein” with the required data.
2 _ A valid passport for the applicant for a period of not less than one year, in addition to a copy of the passport.
3- A personal photo of the applicant, size 4 * 6, with a white background, freshly taken, with a backup photo with the same specifications.
We would like to inform you that according to the Kuwaiti Labor Law states the below:
Article (56)
Remunerations are paid during the working days in the country’s currency, as follows:
a- Workers with a monthly remuneration shall receive their remunerations at least once a month.
b- Other workers shall receive their remunerations at least once every two weeks.
Payment of remunerations shall not be delayed for more than seven days after the due date thereof.
Therefore, you can go to the labor office and file a complaint and attach the bank statement to show the last deposit, so they force the employer to pay.
