Dear Maha I am constructing a villa in dubai and as the villa is in the final completion stage the contractor has locked the villa and I as the owner have no accesss to the sight he wants me to take permission from him before entering my sight. As we have to do the final inspection but before the inspection I want to take a 3 rd party engineers to check if the work he has done is as per the wuss as Lott he has promised us hence he has blocked the owner from entering is there any law which states the owner has to take permission to enter the sight before handover
