You are 21 years old to obtain a heavy vehicle driving licence, agricultural vehicle licence or construction licence.
Fill out the application form for a driver's licence
Submit a letter of no objection from the applicant's sponsor (in Arabic)
You have a valid passport and a copy of this
Send a copy of the sponsor's identity card
Submit three recent passport-sized, colourful photos
You have a Permit to Stay
