good morning, i was offered by an employer registered under DMCC a consultancy contract for three months but i did not get paid yet despite may emails that was send to them, i am a resident in UAE not under their sponsorship, i am seeking legal advice on what is the process to follow for me to obtain my money thank you

We would like to inform you that if you mean the employer, then you have to file a complaint in the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation and clarify the reasons of the complaint and attach the documents that prove your complaint. The labor office will hear the employer, then they will decide and issue the verdict or refer it to the labor court.

I followed exactly the same steps, also I filed an official complaint to DMCC they said they don’t accept cases with consultancy contract I have to go to court!! Which I don’t know how exactly I am going to do it
