-The original passport and a copy of it
-ID copy
-Two passport-size photographs.
-A copy of the UAE residence visa
-Bank account statement
-Non objection letter
-A copy of the trade license for self-employed applicants
-A confirmed hotel reservation in Malaysia
-If the residence is in the place of relatives / friends in Malaysia, this requires a letter of invitation to stay that to be addressed to the Consulate General of Malaysia
-A copy of the itinerary showing the confirmed return flight booking.
