Hi doctor . I have a question regarding covid 19....

 ? how can we manage breathing diffculties in case of covid 19 
covid 19 is one of the most common respiratory tract infections world wide and it spreads throw aresols,air droplets,or contact with secretions of the affected one . covid 19 asociated breathing difficulties are due to multiples factors and for treating this symptoms ,we advice not to be worry ,also to dink plentu of water and warm dinks like yansoon and paponj ,also to keep a way from cold air and external allergens that aggrevate your difficulty of breathing ,also take antihestamin like loratadine 10 mg twice daily and antibiotic like azithromycin 500 mg tablet once daily for 5 days in order to treat bacterial infections ,also we advice to take vitamin c tablet 1 gm one daily and zinc 60 mg once daily ,also to eat vegetables and fruits .laso we the symptoms become more severe ,we advice to visit the hospital for further management which may include intravenous antibiotic ,devices to increase your o2 in the blood like cpap mask according to the specialist doctor .
? what are the investigations required to detect the cause of breathing difficulties 
after history taking and full clinical exam ,we will do CBC to detecty signs of anemia or infections , also do serum electrolyte including sodium,potasium,calcium ,also do chest x ray and ct scan to detect peumonia
