you don’t need an ID to renew your passport, but you’ll need your expired passport

For the application please follow these steps

ONLINE APPLICATION ON NIGERIA IMMIGRATION WEBSITE

Go to : Nigeria Immigration website

Select the e-standard passport

For the Processing Country select UAE where you wish to attend the interview.

Then start the application.

DUE TO COVID 19, PLEASE CONTACT THE NIGERIAN EMBASSY OR IMMIGRATION OFFICE FOR OPENING DATES/TIMES AND HOURS OF SERVICE.

printout your online application and present it at the Nigerian Consulate office in Dubai, please mind to bring your expired passport too.

Once you are done, take the printed application form that you filled and the payment receipt to The Nigeria Embassy in Abu Dhabi.

Note that you can also make payment in Embassy of Nigeria, Abu Dhabi. 

Please consider to secure an appointment for renewal of passport before going in.

Only those with confirmed appointments will be allowed entry.

Please consider that you will need a covid-19 negative test result to enter Abu Dhabi for collecting the international passport at the Embassy.
