How to get licence for fishins

If you want to obtain a fishing license, you must submit a request to the Environment Agency, provided that the following conditions are met:
The applicant must be a citizen of the United Arab Emirates, and his name is registered in the registry of the Ministry of Climate Change and Environment;
To own a fishing boat licensed by the Ministry of Climate Change and Environment.
To be of good behavior.
Be at least 18 years old;
To abide by decisions and use the equipment permitted by the Environment Agency
