I am 21 years and I have had epididymis for almost 2 months now and the pain is much better but there is still pain. I wanted to ask if I can masturbate, also I dont have any STD.

What is the treatment of your condition ?
You have to do a few tests in the nearest medical center if this condition persisted or was accompanied by other symptoms such as painful urination you have to take analgesic such as Ibuprofen to pain and your doctor will prescribe Antibiotics such as Ciprofloxacin 500 twice daily for 2 weeks or other medications .
Masturbation in case of epididymitis :
You have to avoid Masturbation in case of epididymitis as it can worsen your symptoms .
What are the causes of your condition?
There are many causes:
- epididymitis
- Dehydration.
- Kidney stones .
- Infection of the urinary bladder.
- Stones.
- Other causes .
What are the tests needed for your condition?
Clinical assessment in the nearest medical center for any abnormal signs such as discharge, and Urine Analysis and Ultrasound of the abdomen for infection.

I did urine culture and urine analysis and ultrasound on testicles and everything was okay no sign of anything but then when the doctor did a physical exam he told me that i have epydidimis and he gave me antibiotics for 2 weeks and it became better but i still feel the pain and its been 2 months and I am really tired of it and I dont know what the cause was to be honest and I would be thankful if u could help me out

When we talk about still pain in your testes after take antibiotic , primarily advise you to avoid wear tight underwear , then if pain continue you should do some investigation as ultrasound for your testes to be sure there is no other problem as varicocele or hydrocele , and advise you to drink enough amount of water to avoid dehydration which urine problem reffered into testes , and advise you to re-examine your testes by urology doctor to rule out other infection or hernia which cause this pain
