You must follow the below: -
1- You must register the marriage contract application electronically on the website of the competent Sharia court in the emirate to which the place of residence of the spouses is located in the Emirates, after which a reference number is obtained and then the follow-up and completion of the remaining marriage procedures.
2- At least one of the spouses must have residency in the Emirates, provided that the two spouses present his personal ID and his passport

4- Each of the spouses must present a medical certificate before marriage, to be issued by a government hospital / or a government clinic, to verify that there are no diseases, thalassemia or AIDS, for example.
5- The father of the bride must be present personally or according to the authorization of an official agency approved according to the religion of the wife, and in the event of his death, the death certificate must be brought with the presence of the closest to the bride after the male father, with two witnesses to complete the marriage procedures
6- Pay the prescribed fees
7- A certificate proving the marital status from the country of the husband and wife, certified by the applicant's consulate and by the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs
- In the event that the marriage is consummated and the American wife returns to America, you can apply for a residence visa in America because of your marriage to an American
