Hi sir this is violence if no going work if holiday?actually friday is my regular day my work but because is holiday i didn"t go..but I ask permision to the office for a while,but they ignore.then Janusry 1 thst time they sent me for deduction.its possible to I complain this matter because very high cause of deduction.thanks

they always give as for offset if we are working holiday no increase,but the problem they cause me for deduction is per booking 568 aed something they sent it was coming salary on Feb they can deduct, I had went I ddin"r go work becayse In my concern this is holiday this aa composary right if you going or not.but I respect that"s why I informef them ..thank you so much
