The text of Article (11) of the Ministerial Decree No. 721 of 2006 on the procedures of the escape notice has been applied to your case which states that:
"Shall be permanently deprived of employment in the State any worker whose employment has ended in absconding which have the effect of circulating a final absconding in accordance with the provisions of this resolution."

However, you should check with the Directorate of Residence to pay a fine of overstay and apply for the cancellation of the ban. As in your case, an absconding notice was provided and you were banned for exceeding the period of stay and your sponsor should help you in this.
