I am Egyptian. My son studying in Malaysia. I live in Dubai. I want to enquire about the process of his passport renewal in Egyptian embassy in Kuala lumbur. The required documents, The process, The fees. And how to postpone his melitary service through the embassy. And is this postponement will affect his passport renewal process if he did not complete its process.

We would like to inform you that if you reside in Dubai and your son is studying in Malaysia and wants to renew his passport, then in this case your son must apply to the Egyptian embassy in Malaysia with the following documents: -
1- The expired passport
2- Evidence of residency for your son in Malaysia
3- Evidence that your son studies in an educational institution in Malaysia
4- A copy of the ID card
5- Any other documents that the embassy may require
6- Renewal fees $110
The embassy will postpone military service as long as he is under thirty years old
Note that you can postpone military service and renew the passport of your son from the embassy.
