We would like to inform you that if you are resident in Kuwait and want to get work permit then the below documents are required:

1.  The applicant must have a valid passport for a period of at least six months before the expiration date, and in the event that this condition is fulfilled, it must go to fill in the application form to obtain a work permit and keep it within the important papers necessary to obtain in work permit in Kuwait
2.  Bring one passport-size photo.
3.  Doing HIV test and attaching the results of the laboratory test.
4.  The health certificate, where it is usually obtained from a local doctor, proves that the patient is in good health and free from infectious diseases, and this test is attached to the laboratory test results for many diseases, including hepatitis B disease, C virus, malaria and filariasis in addition to syphilis and chest X-ray of tuberculosis
5.  A certificate from the police that this person does not have a criminal record and is obtained from the police. This certificate also needs to be certified by the embassy with fees to be determined by the competent authorities.
6.  Clearance of the police must be submitted to the Kuwaiti authorities for purposes of obtaining a work permit and obtaining residency later
7.  Obtaining the government contract or a copy of the letter of appointment from Kuwait and from the private sector is required to obtain an entry visa to the country from the competent authorities in Kuwait

Then,  you should take these papers to the Labor Department of the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor where you reside to obtain the work permit for you.
