Any possible reason why my employer get the copy of my driving license? Since i work with then 3 years ago, they just get it now. Thanks

We would like to inform you that there is no reason for the employer to obtain a copy of your driving license unless it is within your job duties to drive a car, or if the conditions of work in the facility require the worker to carry a driving license and provide proof of that to the employer.
