We would like to inform you that if you have a valid visa then you can't stay out of UAE for more than 6 months.

If you want to stay more than 6 months, then the sponsor shall apply a request to the Residence Department to be able to stay more than 6 months.

Then the Residence Department will check the request and issue the decision whether reject or accept it.
